What is covered
All listed mechanical and electrical components are covered against mechanical breakdown for 12 months, including failure due to wear and tear, provided the terms and conditions are met. The coverage list and any taxi specific requirements are set out in the warranty schedule, which explains inclusions and exclusions in full.

There is no limit to the number of claims during the term, claims are permitted up to the value of the vehicle at the time of purchase.

How claims work
If a fault occurs, contact us before any work starts, we will take a few details, confirm eligibility, and authorise the repair if the claim is approved. Once authorised, work can be completed at our stores or by a VAT registered garage, and parts and labour on approved claims are covered in line with the schedule. Keep copies of diagnostics and invoices, they help us process your claim quickly.

Eligibility and servicing
Taxi use conditions apply, servicing must follow the manufacturer schedule, keep proof of services and any required inspections, all usage and maintenance conditions are set out in the schedule.
