You receive one interim service and one full service, a balanced combination that keeps your car running smoothly, protects reliability, and supports strong resale value.
Where you can use it
Use the plan at any CarSupermarket.com store across the UK. If you are not local to a store, with our prior approval you can use Kwik Fit, giving you convenient national coverage.
What the plan covers
The plan covers the cost of service parts, lubricants, and labour for the services included, filters needed for the scheduled services are included. Scheduled services must be carried out at a CarSupermarket.com Service Centre unless otherwise authorised by our team. If your vehicle needs additional parts, lubricants or labour beyond the scope of the service, we will provide a quote, and you would pay the store that carries out the work.
What is not covered
Some items are chargeable and are not included in the plan, examples include brake fluid change, coolant change, gearbox oil change, timing belts, timing chains, water ingress, glass, body work, interior trims, body seals, paint checks, air conditioning checks, tyres, brakes and general wear and tear items such as pads and discs, seat covers, seat belts, and anything not stated in the manufacturer guidelines. Failures caused by accidental damage, misuse or neglect are not covered. Modified vehicles, vehicles used for rallying or racing, and vehicles with odometer concerns are not eligible.
MOT saving
Enjoy an MOT saving at 10% for as long as the plan remains valid and until the last service in your plan is completed.
Finance and warranty friendly
Regular servicing helps you keep most finance agreements valid and supports the validity of your manufacturer or extended warranty. Always review your finance contract for full details.
EVs and taxi use
The Service Plan is available for petrol and diesel vehicles, it is not designed for EVs. You can use the plan for a taxi, the coverage is the same, although you may use the services sooner due to mileage.
Missed a service
If you miss a service, contact us as soon as possible so we can help you reschedule and keep your car in top condition.
Plan validity and transfer
Your plan is valid for up to six years, you must use your services within this time or they will be lost. The plan is not transferable to another car.
Optional extras
A courtesy car can be arranged for £30 per day, subject to availability, please ask when you book.
